TRE – Tensions, Stress & Trauma Release Exercises – Group Classes
Learning TRE with others can be an enjoyable experience. Groups are informal, informative and relaxed, and suitable for beginners as well as experienced shakers.
We run occasional TRE workshops and group classes in London and surrounding areas. Do contact us if you would like to arrange a workshop in your area. We can provide a special focus on issues such as trauma, anxiety, persistent pain or stress relief.
You can also book to learn TRE for two people together, or for a group of up to six, in East London.
